The competition recruits 100 participants and consists of preliminary, main, and final rounds.

03 — Evaluation and records
Coffee and records together. Evaluation by coded samples.
Submission of more than 100 g of designated coffee roasted on ROEST, a CSV log, and a profile URL.
Evaluation based on the SCA cupping protocol described in the records, connecting submissions with cupping assessments.
04 — Judges
